We have 2 studio units in this amazing tower.

Ambar credits its inspiration from Vallarta’s warm surroundings, stunning sunsets and the Ocean, Ambar is located just one block from the beach.  Ambar has 39-units and is a boutique building that offers close proximity to family attractions and shopping centers. Ambar has a thoughtfully designed lobby entrance, which includes a Zen pond, stone inlay rock walls and manicured gardens. The rooftop features an infinity edge pool, lounge areas and additional green spaces.

 

It is a tower with 40 apartments. Roof top with Jacuzzi, pool, BBQ area, for common use. 2 elevators

Reception with 24 hour security.

 

There is parking in the tower but I don't have space, it can be rented to other owners at a very affordable cost. In front of the tower there is hotel parking that operates with a tip from our guests.

The studios have a kitchenette, kitchen utensils, king size bed, king size sofa bed, 50 ’’ smart tv, wifi, iron, ironing board, desk, and washer-dryer (only for long stays). 1 bathroom. And in December it will already have an electronic lock for autonomous access with a password.

In the building there are no gas installations, everything is electric.

The tower is just a few months after its construction, so they are practically new condos.
